Your visit to this site or your use or placement of an order to this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions.

By entering this site you verify that you are of 21 years old or older. By entering this site you verify that you observe all local laws. By entering this site you also verify that all information provided to us in connection with any order you place is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you. We reserve the right to verify your information and to modify or decline your order.

At Utopiaclouds.com we believe that maintaining our customers’ privacy is very important. Your information will never be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information, such as financial information, rest assured that this information is being encrypted. If you register to our website we request your name, address, telephone number, email address and other information.

Sales and Other Applicable Taxes

Utopiaclouds.com shall automatically charge and withhold any sales tax for the applicable destination. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, fees, excise taxes and other taxes imposed on products by federal, state or local government.

Shipping Policy

Utopiaclouds.com website offers two methods of shipping. Depending on your order size and the destination the customer can choose to ship with USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail or Ground service. Priority mail service has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days according to USPS, but deliveries might take longer. Priority mail service is not an Express service. As for orders with Ground service, they might ship using USPS Ground Advantage service or UPS Ground. The estimated delivery times posted on the website are not guaranteed and can take longer than what carriers estimate. We have no control over delays due to inclement weather or unforeseen delays with the carriers such as USPS or UPS. If you wish to request a guaranteed delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order and request a shipping quote for next day or 2-day delivery.

Orders will be processed during normal business hours of 9am to 4pm EST Monday through Friday except on Holidays. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours after the order is placed but most of the times orders will ship within the same day if placed before cut-off time. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location. Delivery times should take between 2 business days and 7 business days from the time the order ships. Most orders will be delivered with 2 to 3 business days. All orders will have a tracking number emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers may return unused (sealed in original packaging) products for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date of their order. Customers maintain responsibility to pay for the shipping cost. Refunds for returned merchandise do not include the shipping charges. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount if the order had a free shipping offer and if the customer decided to return all the items within their order. We will replace or exchange defective or broken items free of charge within the limitations of the 10 days period and the unused condition of the returned items. Customers shall provide proof that merchandise is defective or received broken upon delivery and not later than a day.

Cancelations and Refunds

If your order did not ship yet and you wish to cancel, please contact us at support@utopiaclouds.com or at utopiaclouds@gmail.com and request to have your order canceled and refunded. After issuing a refund the banks take 2 to 5 business days to process and return the money to your account. Refunds take few days to appear back on your bank statement. Once we issue the refund it's up to the banks to process it so, please be patient and rest assured that the money will show sooner rather than later.

Canceling international orders that are shipping outside the U.S. are subject to a restocking fee of 20% if the package is returned back for any reason, including the refusal to pay taxes and fees on the merchandise by the receiver. The shipping cost is not refundable.

Errors

In case the price of a product was incorrect due to a typographical or other error we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed by you. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is canceled, Utopiaclouds.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Legal Disclosure

When purchasing from Utopiaclouds.com you hereby release Utopiaclouds.com and its officers, employees, affiliates or other representatives of all liability of harm, injury, loss, damages, illness, death, or any other negative event that may occur when operating or using a product purchased from Utopiaclouds.com

Fraud Notice

Any person who knowingly places an order using fraudulent credit/debit cards is guilty of a crime and will be subject to fines and confinement in prison. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the authorities (Police Department, as well as the FBI). We do not tolerate fraud and will provide all the information to the authorities, who will prosecute the criminals.
