Q: How long does it take to process and ship an order?
A: U.S. Domestic orders get usually shipped within 24-48 hours.
Q: How long does it take to receive an order?
A: Delivery times take 2 to 7 business days from the time the order shipped and depending on your location from ours. Most orders will be delivered in 2-3 days.
Q: How long does it take to ship International Orders?
A: International orders take longer as they need to clear customs. Packages might take around 2 weeks to deliver.
Q: Do you ship to freight forwarding addresses?
A: No, we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
Q: My package was lost or stolen. What can I do?
A: Even thought it's not our responsibility if a package gets lost or stolen but we will assist in finding out with the carrier on the status of your package. The carrier (USPS or UPS) who is in possession of the package is responsible of deliveries. We can help file a claim with the carrier. We will make sure you receive your order.
Q: Why my tracking number says "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" or "Not Found"?
A: It means the shipping label was created and the package was dropped off at USPS. The tracking info will update when USPS scans the package and updates the website. USPS updates are not in real time. It might take a few days for it to update.
